The session focused on insights derived from the company’s five-year financial data, which formed the basis for assessing productivity performance, cost behaviour, and operational sustainability. On-site Gemba observations were used to contextualise the financial analysis by providing clearer visibility into current operational workflows, shop-floor practices, and process-related challenges. The integration of data-driven analysis and on-site findings enabled more meaningful discussions on priority areas for improvement. The session concluded with the identification of practical recommendations and potential improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing productivity performance, and supporting the company’s continuous improvement journey through Project Pintar.
